Kappa Delta Epsilon

Kappa Delta Epsilon, or ΚΔΕ, is an honorary education fraternity that recognizes outstanding students in the department of education. This chapter was founded at Illinois State in 1933.

As members of this organization, we strive to better prepare ourselves for our future professions. In order to do this, we hold bi-monthly meetings where we have opportunities to listen to speakers who have experience in the field of education. We also have multiple socials throughout the semester where we learn teaching strategies or are provided with volunteer opportunities where we aim to help out in the community.
