Club Tennis hosts practices on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00pm at the Gregory Street Tennis Courts. Practices typically consist of drills, games, and match play.
There are two teams that coexist within the club. The first team is the recreational team, which attend practices and causally play the game. The other team is the travel team, which go around to different colleges in the Midwest and compete in collegiate tournaments during 3/4 weekends of the semester. Each team practices together during our scheduled practice times.
Recreational players pay dues of $25, while the travel players pay $125 (the increase in cost is to help cover for tournament dues, hotel rooms, and gas). We give each member who pays these dues a club shirt, and also supply fresh tennis balls at every practice to ensure we are getting the best practice possible!
