Festival ISU 2024 - General Information

Festival table spaces are limited. A limited number of tables are available to campus departments each day of Festival ISU. Please select the date(s) that most closely aligns with your department's mission.
Loud amplification of music is not permitted. As a courtesy to all participants, the use of large speakers and public address equipment is prohibited. Exhibits which include the operation of musical instruments, radios, computers or any noise-making equipment must be conducted or arranged so that noise resulting from the demonstration will not disturb adjacent exhibitors.
For tables requiring electricity: Extension cords will not be provided. Participants must bring a cord that is at least 50' in length and made for outdoor use. Electricity will not be provided only for laptop/cell phone use. Please come prepared with equipment fully charged.
The sale of food/drink is not permitted at Festival ISU. Any food items distributed must be pre-packaged snacks or candy. No homemade food, baked goods, popcorn, sno-cones, etc. will be permitted. Alcohol and tobacco sales are not permitted and cannot be advertised. The ISU quad is a non-smoking area. All participating campus departments must adhere to university policies and event guidelines as stated. All participants must leave their table and surrounding area as it was found including picking up litter and/or display materials and disposing it in the appropriate containers.
